To connect any third party domain on blogger blogspot, you have to do setup at two place.
(1). in your blog/website on blogger.com - Here you need to tell blogger that I want to use "this" domain for my blog/website.
(2). on your dashboard of domain service provider - Here you need to customize DNS and records (CNAME record and A record) for blogspot.

This is really easy, let's get started.

Step 1: Login to your Blogger account > go to "Setting" and scroll down > click on "Custom Domain" and Type your domain name with www (e.g. if your purchased domain is example.com then type www.example.com) in popup dialog box. See the screenshots below.

Great your all (two) CNAME record is perfectly set now.

Now you have to add Four A records in your domain DNS. (Some domain registrar shows A records as AAAA, so do not confuse. Both are same).

Click on "Add" > Select A from the list. Type @ in Name / Label / Host field and 216.239.32.21 in Destination / Target / Points To field. Click on Save.
